Customer Service Rep
I did calling when needed but main job was a team lead for a call center and did QA reviews. When I was on the phone I would call companies and verify or update business info for our database. My main job was to supervise the floor and assist/answer questions for the associates as well as keep track of production numbers for each person, monitor calls, basically all the management tasks. I also did QA so I would listen to agents calls and score them based on how they handled the calls. Then after reviewing and noting the mistakes they made I would pull the agents from the floor and go over the calls and explain what they did wrong and what was the right way to handle it.
Administrative Assistant
I was an admin assistant for miller electric on a job site for Facebook while they built the buildings. I did all the administrative duties and office tasks as well as filling. Lots of data entry and making sure the electricians had everything they needed to do their job. I was the go to person to handle tasks and solve problems for the job site president and VP as well as the GFs and foremen at the site. I did payroll as well and logged vacations and time off requests. I also did QA so I would go and inspect and take pictures of the work they were doing and log them to make sure they were doing it right and got what needed done finished. As well as checking out and handling the rental equipment keeping that logged and returning it when finished. Did special projects for the higher ups and assisted them with whatever they needed done.
Operations Manager
My brother owns a lawn and landscape business so I’ve been assisting him with the business. I do labor work like mow lawns and landscaping projects as well as the operation tasks like scheduling with clients marketing to get more clients and managed the pay we earned.
