HR Manager
Manage the whole HR functions within the plant policies, procedures and programs.
- Supervising Performance management and OD programs ensuring they are carried out periodically and effectively.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of HR plans and programs related to organizational design, development and change.
- Responsible for delivering cohesive HR service to fit with the company’s goals.
- Ensure that HR strategies and policies are constantly benchmarked against best Practices.
- Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development.
- Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts.
- Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, job board procurement, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc…
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
