Worked as a personal butler, who takes care of the guests from arrival to departure and through out the stay, had the pleasure of meeting and looking after celebrities such as; Ms. Paris Hilton and Mr. Noel Gallagher from the Popular British band Oasis.

I also filled in the role as Guest Experience Leader, where I overlooked the Telephone Operator team, as well assisted guests to book their holiday and plan out their trip prior to their stay.
