Executive Secretary
Serving as primary point of contact within the organization taking care completes a broad variety of tasks for the Chairman, CEO and Directors including: coordinating arrangements, meetings, and/or conferences as assigned, preparing drafts, agreement and contracts related to fund and asset management, making invoices, issuing purchase order and report.
Work closely with the higher management to follow with implementation of policies and procedures, taking dictation and writing correspondence, compiling, proofreading, and revising drafts of documents and reports to circulate as advised by the higher management.
Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for travel- related meetings.
Performing accurate research and analysis, ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance. Professionally greeting and receiving guests and clients, connecting them with higher management, scheduling meetings if required, managing the existing key accounts. Daily record keeping and filing of documents, preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly, creating and organizing information, and generating reference tools for easy use, answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to emails, messages, and other correspondence, operating and maintaining office staff ensuring healthy office environment.

Served as a primary point of contact to manage every conflict related to staff, consultant, customers, vendors and supplier.
Transformed financial responsibility for Budgets, Forecasting, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, influenced co- staff to ensure the accuracy of record keeping of vendors and suppliers.

Coordinating with the supplier and store managers to ensure the timely delivery of material.
Booking arrangements of GM and higher management, coordination with PRO to ensure the timely visa processing of employees, ensuring employee contact
Managing the processes around documentation within the organization and site offices when needed, proof checking with tax invoice, quotation and other official letters.
