Demand Planning & Product Manager
- Study global product lunch plan and prepare localized version after discussing with marketing team and adding product promotion calendar to create 360 local plan.
- Study “Products Life Cycle” & strategic model launch, focused models according to each market demand and requirements.
- Prepare “Profit and Loss” analysis statement (quarterly & yearly) and share it with top management and HQ.
- Act as a control tower and assume full ownership over product check list preparation including (and not limited to) marketing, trade, demand and supply, retail and sales forecast
- Study WOS (Week of Sale) for each product to ensure Accurate Sales forecast & Planning in order to maximize the sale & prevent Aging Stock.
- Analyse sales “Sell-out” and “Sell-Thru” levels for aging stock & create plans to liquidate.
- Prepare product cost structure and pricing to ensure maximum profitability.
- Conduct periodic meeting with partners to determine best SKU Line-up which fits market demand.
- Manage full mobile Accessory Line-up and plan for product bundles.
- Study and prepare insight based on Global market trend and effects on Local market trends.
- Coordinate with marketing team & Agencies on product launch preparation and the best communication tools and channels to match product positioning and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing team to design promotion and activations, which will enhance sell-out levels and maximize ROI.
- Supervise Supply Chain Team & sales Order team as part of the product Management Role
- Demand planning & forecast management by region with KAM’s & channel team cooperation.
- Continuously improving orders, forecasting & supply chain techniques to increase accuracy rates in cooperation with sales team
- Follow up production & shipments status with factories & Head Quarter, to ensure purchase orders are fulfilled.
- Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory levels based on changes in demand and market trends
