HR Administrative Assistant
Along with 3 colleagues and company president, we handled 10 different Clients with 500+ employees as a service provider.
My main duties as the Administrative Assistant includes the following:
1 - Data entry in the employee database using spreadsheet, filing management and back-up filing.
2 - Phone and email correspondence to clients' and employees' concerns and inquiries.
3 - Appointment Setting for applicant's interview, medical appointment schedule and employee's hospital emergencies.
4 - Manages 201 filing, tracks employee's requirements.
5 - Handles procurement and billing, some payroll tasks.
Senior Administrative Secretary
As the pioneer administrative secretary of Master in International Business (only one of its kind in the Philippines) and another master's degree program, Master in Human Resource Management in the academe industry, I became a motivated, assertive and flexible individual.
In summary, I helped the Program Directors in managing the administrative, marketing and budgeting side of the industry.
Local Sales Marketing Representative
McDonald's gave a lot of opportunity to working students in the Philippines and around the globe. I became a customer-oriented person focusing in its' target market which are the families and aim to provide world class products and service in the Food industry business.
Mainly my tasks includes:
- Adding sales to the restaurant through promotions of events and products (includes hosting and facilitating group events.)
- Handles customer concerns and complaints through proper training and/or workshop
