Chat Moderator
As a chat moderator, I am tasked with taking part in and maintaining, online textbased
chat conversations on one or more online social community platforms. The aim
of the game is to create a fantasy experience designed to entertain the customers,
cultivate a rapport, make them feel good about themselves, and make them want to
come back for more fulfilling fantasy experiences. All the work I do is performance-based and income depends on the number of messages sent on a single calendar
month.
Digital Markerter
Evaluate campaign performance and work with affiliates on a daily basis to
capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships for a growing program of strong affiliates who use
multiple media types – display, paid search, organic search, email, television,
call center, and more.
• Develop strategic initiatives in order to exceed quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with other Marketing, Sales, and Engineering team members on
cross-functional initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in order to identify
opportunities for growth.
• React quickly to issues and market shifts as they arise.
