Coal sampler
My job was to collect coal sample from a truck that were offloading coal on site, label the sample and capture information from the mines slip.
On the slips which were provided there was information of quality which we had to capture to compare with the results from our lab. We had to also capture the drivers number plate and company name for tracking purposes.

Communicating with suppliers and reconciling.
Following up with queries from transporters and suppliers.
Compile monthly coal accounting reports and sending report stats to the client.
