Junior Customer Care Officer
• Provides efficient service to all new and existing accounts/clients of Sales & Business Development group.

• Handles all the administrative requirements of the SBD group (photocopying, routing, etc.)
• Ensure on time release of reimbursement documents through constant monitoring
• Coordinates with the following departments for respective concerns of the client:
a. MEDICAL OPERATIONS – concerns regarding confinement, issuance of LOA for In-patient, assistance of Liaison Officer and issuance of confirmation letter regarding schedule of executive check-up.
b. PROVIDER RELATIONS DEPARTMENT – concerns regarding accreditation of doctors and hospitals, Handles complaints on quality of service of hospitals and doctors.
c. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT GROUP – Handles telephone inquiries and out-patient approval.
d. MEDICAL RECORDS – Keeps records of all out-patient availment in the Head office clinic and mall-based clinics, processes and releases APE results done in MPI clinics
e. MEDICAL SERVICES – Schedules APE/Pre-employment/ out-patient consultations/ wellness program
f. Underwriting – Status of ID/Membership
g. REVENUE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT – Statement of accounts or any document related to billing (requested by the client/companies), disapproved charges, accommodations, etc.
h. REIMBURSEMENT – Status of reimbursement
i. CLAIMS – Hospital billing concerns, Philhealth reimbursements, etc.
j. SBD 2 –Issuance of utilization report
k. ADMINISTRATION – Status of documents delivered to client-companies, office supplies
l. ITMG-active members download
m. ACCOUNTING – Unused premium refund/checks
n. HRD – Clinic managed staffing
• Keep an updated and organized centralized file.
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Junior Corporate Accounts Manager
• Responsible for maintaining and developing client-business relationships. This includes providing tokens to clients recognized for the new business brought by the broker-client. Must be ready to develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities.
• Work closely with presales and business development team for new client enhancements and new feature requests.
• Facilitates the review of all terms of reference (TOR) and the initial preparation of Request for proposal upon the approval of the franchise then endorses it to the client relationship manager for recommendation and approval.
• Recommends quotation on the request for proposal of less than 50 employees only (SME accounts) subject for approval of the Client Relationship Manager
• Conduct regular visits and quarterly reviews with clients and provide the highest standard of quality and Best in Class service and provide input to Client relationship Manager at the earliest opportunity on any issues impacting on client satisfaction.
• Develop efficient and effective internal and client communication mechanisms and any other areas contributing to overall client service.
• Proactively identify areas of business process improvement designed to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Monitors the release of commissions for brokers in an accurate and timeliness manner.
• Monitors the turnaround time on the release and delivery of the proposals
• Monitors the PRMS tagging of all new accounts
• Monitors and updates the list of new closed accounts necessary for the monthly review of business portfolio
• Updates the data of the contact persons from each brokerage.
• Troubleshoots all the administrative and specialized issues from brokers and clients.
• Conducts product orientation and Business process presentation to ALL existing and new broker-clients.
• Any related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
