I’m a Self-motivated person, used to working under pressure, able to work with and lead teams. I have wide experience in various areas such as Operations, Sales Support, Marketing support, Life Products’ Designing, Customer Service, Collection, Individual Life Underwriting, Sales Administration, Planning support, and Life Reinsurance.
In total, I have more than 20 years of experience in Insurance with the leading multinational companies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia where I gained excellent managerial and communication skills as an insurance professional.
I’m graduated from Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration in 1990. I have completed the following LOMA courses: Fundamentals of Life and Health Insurance, Customer Services, Agency Management and FLMI “Fellow, Life Management Institute”
