Lohashilpi is a manufacturing company. They manufacture machinery and equipment required for the processing of rubber. My role was as follows:
Maintain knowledge of all the products and service offerings of the company.
Pick up sales enquiries, understand customer’s exact requirements and enlighten the customers on new products.
Achieve sales targets.
Handle export shipping documentation process.
Client Relationship Executives
Scientia is a product based company. Their product is a mobile application named ParentEye. My job responsibilities are as follows:
Keeping a fruitful relationship with the existing clients( School authority)
Identifying the risky customers and taking necessary steps to retain them.
Increase the app installation.
Communicate with the school about monthly usage analytics.
Upsell new features of the app.
Identify schools where training is needed and conduct the same.
Customer Support Executive
Enagic India is a water ioniser manufacturing company that empowers people through direct selling marketing systems.
Communicate and coordinate with the direct sellers/ preferred customers through various channels.
Provide support to the direct sellers to get their incentive related queries resolved.
Conduct in- depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements.
Sending transaction details and sale reports to the distributors.
Escalate queries/issues to the concerned team or manager to get it resolved quickly.
· Review, verify and process E payment applications in coordination with different teams.
Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
